Вопрос к пользователям, у нас есть пункты утилизации бытовой техники? Холодильников, ноутов и тд.

Нет нету ничего подобного, только если по каждому виду техники с мастерскими договариваться по дешёвке или бесплатно может кто то и  возьмет или выставить на мусорку других вариантов нет.
